Title: “Bogus Caller Campaign”

Client: Sutton & East Surrey Water (SESW)

Create SESW branded educational outreach materials and develop and manage activities to deliver the core messages and tips for handling bogus caller situations

Gain community support for reducing the occurrences of bogus caller-related crimes, which associate them with the water company
